Abstract :
The spectrum of the conducted emissions of a locomotive drive is largely influenced by the electric behaviour of the supply net and by the interaction between the net itself and the on-board passive components (input filter). The main sources of variations of the impedance at the locomotive pantograph on a DC railway system are considered: substation filter, locomotive filter and locomotive position. A sensitivity analysis is performed to produce reference impedance curves
