Abstract :
The idea of software modularization is imported in the research of automated assembly line control system, and the control system is divided into two parts, including main module and sub-module. The main module is responsible for logic control of the system and the sub-module is responsible for accomplishing each station´s function. And according to that the general model of control system of automation pipeline is constructed, and the realization of program for the model is also given. Then the knowledge of Petri Nets is used to prove the safety of the model. At last, intelligent card personalizing machine is given as an example to prove the practicality and reliability of the general model.
