Abstract :
Ultrafast laser ablation techniques was applied to process various materials including semiconductor wafer, hollow metal mu-balls, pollens, live cells, and angiogenetic networks of Zebrafish embryos. Non-contact and minimized-thermal nature of the current method allows us to find a new unique features and opportunities in its application.
