Abstract :
Facing small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises, for the purpose of resolving the information “islands” problem in enterprise informatization process, the paper studies various views of bill of materials (BOM) in product design, process planning and manufacturing stages, the transformation between each other, and the integration of CAD/CAPP/MES based on BOM. Furthermore, the integration framework and the database model of the integrated system are represented. The system can realize manufacturing information integrated and shared in different enterprise departments, improve the whole effectiveness of the enterprise.
