Abstract
With the rapid development of computer network technology and information technology, e-commerce emerged as the times require and it has gradually become the main operation model of the world economy. In the new business model, the external and internal condition of enterprises have happened fundamental change, this has had a profound impact on value chain model of traditional business, and it has given a challenge for enterprises´ competitive ability. In order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition, enterprises must reconstruct their value chain to adapt the new business model. Base on Porter´s value chain, this paper analyzes the defects of traditional enterprises´ value chain and the impacts on enterprises´ value chain by e-commerce, then put forward a new value chain operation model in e-commerce environment, which can meet enterprises development needs in the new era and enhance their competitive advantages, finally puts forward some suggestions for the transform of value chain into e-commerce value chain.
