  • Abstract
Innovation is the power and the headspring of industrial development, so how to evaluate the industrial technology innovative ability more accurate and prompt is a key question of the economic development. Now the evaluation method probably includes: AHP methodology, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and so on. But these methods have strong subjectivity, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method doesnpsilat conform to the measure characteristic of normalizing. This article uses the principal components analysis (PCA) to reduce the indexes which will affect the industry technological innovative ability, and then found a new evaluation method of the industrial technology innovation ability based on the support vector machines (SVM). The demonstration indicates that the new evaluation method can evaluate the industry technological innovative ability of our country promptly and accurately.
