Abstract
An algorithm for calculating the spectral coefficients of ternary fixed polarity arithmetic transform is presented. The algorithm operates on disjoint cubes representation of ternary functions and directly obtains the spectral coefficient values from them. It is simple and can be implemented with small amount of storage space. Since in the algorithm each spectral coefficient is calculated independently from other spectral coefficients, the algorithm allows them to be calculated in parallel
