The Study of the New Mode of the Strategic Management Based on the Construction and the Evaluation of Value-Assisted Management System

By analyzing the core value system of the corporation according to the systematic viewpoints, the paper puts forward the value-assisted system which has close ties with the core value system, particularly analyses the features and the content of the value-assisted system and the positive impact which the construction of value-assisted management system of the enterprise has on the enterprise as well; further combining with the realization flow of the core value of the enterprise, the paper puts forward the steps and the methods to build the value-assisted systems on the basis of the core value system, so that the construction of the value-assisted management system can be operational and practical for the enterprise; finally establishes the evaluation model of the value-assisted management system based on cost analysis of the core value and the support value, which can help the enterprise evaluate own self logically in the process of the value-assisted management in order to reform and realize the core value of the enterprise.
