Abstract :
Knowledge management performance evaluation is an important approach for organization to acquaint and understand its knowledge management performance level of itself. The paper analyzes knowledge management performance evaluation research actuality both in home and abroad based on relative literature, considering fuzzy index, and puts forward an enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation method based on linguistic variable. First, establish enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation index system; then, transform linguistic variable into triangle fuzzy number, use aberrance coefficient method and get evaluation index weight, use projection of each solution on positive-ideal and negative-ideal solution, calculate projection relative approach degree, use relative approach degree to rank each solution; finally, explain the method validity of evaluation process and evaluation index and method according to example. The paper according to character of enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation index put forward a method based on linguistic variable for enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation. Application case indicates that the method can obtain favorable evaluation effect offering a new method for enterprise to implement knowledge management evaluation.
