  • Abstract
The growing of market competition and increasing of social division has been enabling the dependency of modern enterprises on advanced supply chain management. In complex purchasing supply chain, the incomplete information causes a variety of contradictions during the cooperation among multiple suppliers and buyer, which holds back the development of buyer collaborative partnership, decreases the operational efficiency, and corrupts the whole benefits of the supply chain. Therefore, the importance of purchasing coordination management has become increasingly prominent. The state-of-art research on the purchasing supply chain coordination mechanism is very few. Accordingly, the paper proposes a novel purchasing supply chain coordination mechanism for multiple suppliers with incomplete information. The two game processes of the buyer with the upstream suppliers and the downstream customers are investigated. The coordination mechanism with upstream and downstream counterparts are designed and verified with numerical analysis. The proposed mechanism contributes to purchasing supply chain coordination mechanism, improves the purchasing management theory and is of great value for the enterprises.
