Abstract
In order to enhance confidentiality over fiber-to-the-home, reconfigurable time-spreading and wavelength-group-hopping, which embedded M-sequence is assigned to the optical network unit as signature address code. The proposed scheme has better confidentiality in terms of the attained degree of confidentiality and possesses larger capacity than wavelength-division multiple-access passive optical network.
