Abstract :
Optofluidic 1times4 switch made of a blazed grating in silicon elastomer integrated with microfluidic channel was designed, fabricated and tested. Experiments show 1.7 dB insertion loss, extinction ratio of 9.8 dB, and response time 60 ms.
