Abstract :
We theoretically study the resonant radiation force (RF) on a quantum dot (QD) by multiple Laguerre-Gaussian beams (LGBs) with orbital angular momentum. Rotational RF can be size-selectively exerted on a QD by changing light frequency in multiple standing-wave optical traps comprising two LGBs.
