Abstract
We proposed and demonstrated the novel femtosecond laser processing techniques using two- layered low density gratings, such as splitting, measurement, multipulses generation, and compression. As to our knowledge, we are the first to introduce Dammann grating into femtosecond laser technology, which should be interesting for practical applications.
