  • Abstract
    We show electrically-pumped transverse magnetic polarized intersubband emission from a ZnCdSe/ZnCdMgSe quantum cascade structure grown lattice-matched on InP. Electroluminescence centered near 4.8 mum was observed, in good agreement with calculations.
