Abstract
For fine beam shaping, sampling method for simulated annealing is researched. It proves that it will induce energy leaking when sampling region is narrower than the Shannon period, and data redundancy when broader than the Shannon period. Suitable sampling region and interval for simulated annealing are suggested under that condition.
