Abstract
We are interested in modeling the quality of service (QoS) parameters from end-to-end when using a mobile network. We know that the QoS is not an exact science. So, we list the parameters to be taken into account when one wants to describe the QoS applied to network interconnection, to a specific network or part of the network. We have also apply this classification to an international roaming application developed by NMG TELECOM.
