Abstract
Within the paper we discuss the issue of designing well-founded contextual knowledge bases. Following the base idea that contextualization is a vital part of conceptualization, we extend the definitions of selected notions of OntoClean, the well-known method of assessment of taxonomies, towards contextual approach. This allows us to formulate a set of desirable qualities for context-semantic knowledge bases. In the further part of the paper we show that SIM method, our proposal of organizing contextual knowledge base, is in accordance with the introduced desiderata.
