The motivation of enterprises´ moving into Science Parks: Difference from enterprises´ size, characteristic and industry classification

The authors have developed the research scale through reading the literature, interviewing in companies and reading the working reports on Chinese Science Parks. According to the data mining that has been proceeded after the questionnaire inquiry, they have been determined 3 aspects of the factor of the enterprises´ motivation moving into Science Parks: motivation of technology gain, motivation of penetrating into market and motivation of policy gain. Finally, this paper concluded by examining the relation between the factors of enterprises´ size, characteristic & industry and the motivation of enterprises moving into the Science Parks.
