Abstract :
This paper, combining the present development of the Chinese higher education, brings forward the concept of the implementation of college meticulous management in China, states clearly the Data Envelopment Analysis as the evaluation method of the implementation of college meticulous management, and conducts a case study of the implementation of college meticulous management in certain university.
