Abstract :
In this paper, we propose one model for estimating the self-sustained pulsation frequency (s.p.f.) estimation. A novel two-sections distributed feedback (TS-DFB) laser with a thin shift layer for Bragg wavelength detuning is proposed. It demonstrates that the measured s.p.f. is matched to the estimated s.p.f.
