Abstract :
A customer loyalty adaptive control method is firstly introduced in this paper, with an analysis of loyal customers psychological factors and purchase behaviors. Then, a concept of the loyalty coefficient is suggested to measure the extent of the customer loyalty, which can be derived by means of a fuzzy optimization. Moreover a fuzzy customer loyalty adaptive control method based on the customer loyalty model is presented
