Abstract
The article firstly describes C2R model and C2GS2 model of DEA method; secondly, it determines input and output indexes of Chinese equipment manufacturing and then uses DEA method to make positive measure of technical validity and scale validity about equipment manufacturing´s input-output of 31 provinces and municipalities. Based on measure results, the article divides 31 provinces and municipalities into different types, and points out characteristics of input-output efficiency of various types of provinces. The result shows that: technical validity and scale validity of input-output of various provinces show strong positive correlation; based on actual situation in their own, the regions should take effective measures and raise the input-output efficiency.
