Abstract :
We are proposing a high frequency (100 kHz to 1 GHz) current probe built with optical fiber and a small magneto-optic sensor. The main application is to measure tracks in printed circuits boards such as radio equipments, cellular telephony, microcomputer, where other conventional current measurements are inadequate.
