Abstract :
We present an ADE-FDTD model of gain media fitted to pump-probe experiments with dye(Rh800)-epoxy composite deposited on ITO-silica substrate. The experiment-fitted parameters of the 4-level ADE system are instrumental to modeling active nanoplasmonic devices.
