Abstract
This paper considers the problem of control synthesis via dynamic output feedback for linear time-delay systems with finite frequency specifications. A finite frequency performance analysis condition for time-delay systems is presented. Then, a procedure of control synthesis via dynamic output feedback such that finite frequency specifications are captured, is given in the framework of linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. Finally, the design procedure and the effectiveness of the proposed method are illustrated via a numerical design example.
