Abstract :
Human activity recognition should be the key technology that lets computer interact with people and bring them into an intellectual, secure and comfortable life style. In this digest, we propose an alternative method using two-dimensional distance sensors to track people, analyze their postures, and recognize their activities based on the proposed theorems and algorithms.
