Abstract :
The first criterion of self-duality for geometric Goppa codes has been given by Driencourt and Michon (1985) for codes constructed from elliptic curves. Our aim is to effectively construct self-dual geometric Goppa codes. One example is given at the end which was done using the implementation of the Brill-Noether algorithm written in AXIOM by the author
