Internet car price assessment application using wireless application protocol (WAP)

This paper presents an exploration of Internet usage through mobile phones via WAP in commercial applications. One application that can be explored is car price information. Software such as WML (Wireless Markup Language) and ASP (Active Server Page) has been applied. Another application that should be considered is WAP. This technique is very useful for car dealers and customers to carry out transactions through the Internet. Furthermore, the application of this technique could be extended to areas such as stock market purchasing and import-export activity.
