    As a special kind of goods, drugs play an important role in curing diseases and keeping people healthy. However, drugs which lose its effect and has defect in currency will do great harm to people´s healthy and social stability, thus it is necessary to recall the drugs. The characteristics of the pharmaceutical reverse logistics activities and differences between pharmaceutical reverse network and other network are discussed. According the actual conditions pharmaceutical recovery in our country, the collection centre is often assigned. Under this circumstance, the recovery network of drugs is built and flow direction is fixed to satisfy the goal of lowest cost based on the quantity in the logistics nodes.
