Abstract :
This paper investigates C2 Organization information exchange structure (OIES), analyzes the critical link and critical node in the C2 OIES for mission. The task load has been defined in order to ascertain the critical link and critical node. The mission environment is uncertain currently, so the OIES should be robust for the changing mission, A C2 OIES robust design methodology based on nested genetic algorithm is proposed. At last, a case study verifies the practicability of the robust design, the critical link and critical node of OIES may change for different missions, the task load of robust OIES designed has been analyzed for different missions.
