Abstract :
Multimedia content such as music and video is becoming very popular on mobile phones. Most of the content owners prefer to use digital rights management (DRM) technology to protect their copyright. Secure media player (SMP) serves the needs of the content owner by supporting DRM capability. The application described in this paper enables seamless playback of music by integrating high-quality media playback, automatic play list generation, content protection, rights management, content sharing, exporting and intuitive user interfaces, all together.
