Abstract :
Using a newly developed PD measuring system with RFCT and horn antenna under repetitive voltage impulses, RPDIV and RPDEV of twisted-pair were obtained according to the definition of IEC61934Ed.2.0. Weibull distribution of hundred RPDIV and RPDEV shows that PRDIV is always higher than RPDEV for both PD sensors and that the difference was less than 5% of RPDIV. The difference of sensitivity of PD sensors was discussed with threshold voltage for the calculation of RPDIV and RPDEV. Recalculation shows the linear dependence of threshold voltage on RPDIV and RPDEV.
