Abstract :
It was assumed that output Q and dc-feed inductance are high for the design of class E amplifier with nonlinear shunt capacitance in the previous papers. This paper presents a design method for class E amplifiers with any output Q and finite dc-feed inductance and nonlinear shunt capacitance. And the design values of them are clarified. By carrying out SPICE simulations, we show that the simulated results agree with the desired ones quantitatively and denote the validity of our design procedure.
