Abstract :
Professional Managers play a very important role in modern corporation management. The profits of the company mostly depend on the executives´ performance. As we all know, these executives work behaviors are absolutely related to what they can get from the boss. This article gives a non-linear model to research the factors of the effective incentive on these managers. Furthermore, on the basis of the model research, some advice is given to improve the incentive effect for the practice management.
