Abstract :
The advancement of technology towards Next Generation Networks (NGNs) has promised the mobile network a very high speed connection with increase in network resources and support heterogeneity (manifested by the presence of different access networks). This will no doubt enhance global roaming, mobility, scalability and performance of the entire network as users of mobile devices will have unrestricted access to different network providers (NP). However, these users´ constant changes in location are characterized by some of the outputs or internal states growing without the network bounds. It became necessary to incorporate some new connectivity paradigms in the networking that will have the ability of determining when and how to adapt to these changes during runtime. This project considered a cooperative framework which is able to coordinate the complexity of the managed systems based on reconfigurable mobile network agents (RMNA) to autonomously decentralize processing and control, hence effectively responding to shortage of network resources and reducing the amount of traffics around the managing station.
