Abstract :
The preliminary aim of this paper is to introduce a complete practical design procedure for the single gate MESFET mixer and to obtain its nonlinear circuit responses by using a general purpose analysis program. A practical design example was realised and its performance was measured. Good agreement was found between numerical and experimental results
