  • Abstract
    Along with China´s economic and social development, there are more and more disharmonies within rural and urban areas, but the root of them is the poor trained rural labor force. Thus in order to completely build a learning society, rural area is the most important stronghold of this strategy. At the same time how to construct a learning platform in rural areas is the problem that need be considered. In the view of technology, this paper has discusses how to build a learning society in rural areas, and proposes three possible technical methods, that are, blog, distance network education, the combination of the fourth and fifth media. And then compare them with several aspects, such as use cost, types of information, methods to obtain information, and so on. But the most important is to collaborate these three technologies to construct rural digital learning platform. And the followed are some specific discussions.
