Abstract :
It is very important to find an effective method to suppress clutter in an environment where the signal/clutter ratio is small and the polarization state of the clutter is distributed continuously. In order to solve this problem, we proposed a new method named ´probability estimate polarization filter´. We discuss this new kind of polarization filter and include its performance evaluation with experimentally derived data
