  • Abstract
    Ultra Wideband (UWB) communication system and MIMO transmission technique recently have attracted much attention. Space time block coding combines with UWB M-ary PSK and M-QAM modulation schemes for the use of multiple transmit antennas providing a simple transmit diversity scheme with the same diversity order as maximal ratio receiver combing. Using the equivalent single input single out (SISO) model, we present a closed form expression for the exact symbol error rate (SER) of orthogonal space time block codes (STBCs) over UWB flat Nakagami-m models.
