Abstract :
Multivariate cryptography is one of the main candidates to guarantee the security of communication in the post-quantum era. While multivariate cryptosystems are fast and require only modest computational resources, the key sizes of such schemes are quite large which restrains the application of these schemes. Simple matrix scheme gives a method to construct the map efficiently and securely. A signcryption scheme based on MPKC is proposed in this paper, which takes the advantages of the Simple Matrix and 0/1 UOV, and performs the encryption and signature in the single scheme while reduce the totally overhead. Compared with Simple matrix scheme, the key size of our scheme does not extended obviously, and the cipher text extends 50%. Our scheme can ensure more security features of messages, and can be more secure. The formal security proof is attempted also. The analysis shows that the proposal achieves the IND-CCA2 and EUF-CMA under the Random Oracle Model, and the security can be reduced to the hardness of the MQ problem.
