Abstract :
Summary from only given. This talk describes a practical method for accomplishing coherent collinear sideband comb generation. Two Raman generators are placed in series. As an example, the first might be an H/sub 2/ cell with a rotational Raman transition of 587 cm/sup -1/ and the second could be a D/sub 2/ cell with a rotational transition of 179 cm/sup -1/. The cells are driven by three single-mode pulsed lasers.
