Abstract :
Based on the modern informational approach suggested by the author, the main phases of technical vision (sensing, perception, and conception) are considered from a perspective of technical emulsion of natural vision. These phases of video-information estimation interpreted as interaction-measurements of the low (middle), high and ultra-high hierarchy level are correlated to the corresponding psychological concepts of the intellectual mechanism of natural vision.
