  • Abstract
For research of nonlinear properties of managing SHF devices on p-i-n diodes in a stationary mode at the big levels of power the most effective on volume of calculations is the spectral method, or a method of harmonious balance. The essence of a harmonious balance method consists that the decision of differential equations system with nonlinear boundary conditions enter the name as trigonometrical lines. After substitution of line members in the initial equations and after equating the members, which contain identical harmonics, it is possible to receive corresponding system of the nonlinear transcendental equations. As p-i-n diode possesses inertial, it appears possible to take into account the limited quantity of harmonics.
