Abstract :
The multi-resolution time domain (MRTD) is researched and analyzed, used to calculate the antenna radiation to illustrate its superiorities and advantages. First of all, the paper derives the strict calculation formula, while analyzing its dispersion characteristic and the absorbing boundary condition-generalized perfectly matched layer (GPML). Then this algorithm is used to analyze a monopole antenna radiation to construct a model and get an optimal program. At last, the important parameters can be calculated, furthermore, compared with the experiment values. Experiment results show that the simulations and the real measurements are almost same, they are absolutely conform to the fact requirement. MRTD has not only the good dispersion characteristic, but also the high velocity, good accuracy, and less utilization of the computer´s memory and CPU and so on.
