Abstract :
In this information age, researchers are generating data at such a high rate that it is no longer feasible to view the data using printed text or graphs. Visualization technology raises the level of understanding so that researchers can acquire more knowledge and insight from their data, and working period was reduced. Firstly, role of visualization for space science was analyzed According to requirements, a visualization system for space science data was developed aimed at facilitating mission planning, probing into relationships among exploration data, visualizing simulation results and manipulating results interactively. The way for presenting space science data in this system was introduced. Lastly the shortages and further improvements of the system were pointed out.
