Abstract :
The massive processing volume of multichannel space time adaptive signal processing (STAP) is a great challenge to implement. The difficulties lie in intensive computation, high data communication bandwidth and the complexity of processing methods. Now with advanced parallel DSP modules, based on the parallel processing technique and fast algorithms, the STAP processor can be realized. The overall hardware equipment has been greatly reduced to become affordable. A compact processor with better performance to cost ratio can be implemented
