Abstract
This paper constructs a real-time IR signal processing system, which consists of hardware design and software algorithm. The algorithm can detect and track not only point targets but also spot targets and large targets at the same scene. The algorithm presents a new idea, which applies row-mean-minus to eliminate temperature nonlinear distribution in. spatial and aggregate points after a high-pass filter. The hardware is designed to satisfy complex computation and real time requirement
