Abstract :
A novel framework was proposed which introduced the Game theory into power control in UWB network. Firstly, the power control problem was modeled as a non-cooperation Game. Secondly, a novel utility function and the cost to obtain the power level are formulated by a price function. Finally, the process of power control was expressed as the process of maximum network utility (utility function minus price function) for each active link. For the application of the framework, a new algorithm was also proposed. By the result of theoretical deductions, the algorithm converges to a unique Nash Equilibrium. Through the simulation of our algorithm and traditional scheme, result showed that our algorithm has good performance on aspects of convergence and fairness.
