Abstract
Simulation of high-speed amplifier circuits requires the use of models that allow for faster simulation while providing more performance characteristics without increasing model complexity. This paper describes the merging of dependent and independent sources with transistor models to increase the number of modeled performance parameters of a high speed amplifier macro-model
